- Cutting-Edge Equipment: We utilize a Swedish Quintus HIP hot isostatic press (2000℃, 200MPa) to produce high-density ceramics; imported CNC grinding machines achieve micron-level tolerances, minimum hole diameters of 0.2mm, and a surface roughness of Ra 0.1.
Equipped with German Mahr and Swedish Leitz testing equipment, we have established a comprehensive and traceable quality system, conducting rigorous inspections from raw materials to finished product delivery.
