With a registered capital of 100 million RMB and a state-of-the-art facility spanning over 15,000 square meters, we are more than just a factory; we are a comprehensive solution provider. Unlike many competitors who only do machining, Jifeng Technology masters the entire supply chain — from high-purity powder preparation and forming to sintering and precision finishing. This vertical integration ensures superior quality control, cost-efficiency, and flexibility for our global clients.

- International Expertise: We have established an independent ceramic laboratory in Osaka, Japan, leveraging global expertise to push the boundaries of material properties.
- Domestic Powerhouse: Our local team is led by industry PhDs and comprises over 20 professional researchers.
- Future Vision: We are currently planning a second laboratory in Europe to further serve our international partners.

Complete Industrial Chain: As one of the few Chinese companies covering powder synthesis, molding, frittage, precision machining, and performance analysis, we possess an end-to-end quality control system to ensure consistent product quality.
Cutting-Edge Equipment: We utilize a Swedish Quintus HIP hot isostatic press (2000℃, 200MPa) to produce high-density ceramics; imported CNC grinding machines achieve micron-level tolerances, minimum hole diameters of 0.2mm, and a surface roughness of Ra 0.1.
Equipped with German Mahr and Swedish Leitz testing equipment, we have established a comprehensive and traceable quality system, conducting rigorous inspections from raw materials to finished product delivery.
We provide professional customized production services based on customer drawings, supporting the customization of complex parts, micro-hole components, and non-standard products.
