Ceramic insulation seal sleeve is a precision sealing component made by metal outer ring (stainless steel / Inconel alloy) and high-purity ceramic inner ring (alumina / silicon nitride) through composite sintering. It combines the mechanical strength of metal with the insulation and corrosion resistance of ceramics. The precision central hole design ensures sealing during medium transmission or shaft penetration. It is widely used for insulation sealing and protection in high-voltage electrical equipment, new energy battery packs, chemical pipelines, and aerospace equipment, effectively solving risks of electric leakage, breakdown, and medium leakage.
