Alumina Ceramic Bar

Our alumina ceramic bar is made of high‑purity alumina (Al₂O₃ 92%–99.5%) through dry pressing /isostatic pressing and high‑temperature sintering. It features high hardness (Hv≥1500), high temperature resistance up to 1600°C, and excellent insulation (volume resistivity >10¹⁴ Ω・cm). Standard sizes: thickness 1–50mm, width 10–300mm, length ≤600mm (customizable). Widely used for high‑temperature furnace guides, wear liners, electrical insulation supports, replacing metal and plastic to improve equipment stability and service life.
