Ceramic Guide Sliders are manufactured from high-purity alumina (Al₂O₃ 95%-99%), zircone (Y-TZP), or silicon nitride (Si₃N₄) ceramics through precision dry pressing / injection molding and high-temperature sintering. Designed for high-load, high-frequency linear motion applications, they feature hardness ≥ Hv1600, friction coefficient < 0.1, et résistance à la température > 1000°C (alumine). Ideal for automated robotic arm guides, semiconductor transfer systems, high-temperature furnace pusher plates, and other harsh conditions, they solve pain points such as rapid wear of metal guides and deformation of plastic parts, enabling long-life, maintenance-free equipment operation.

High temperature & deformation resistance:

  • Alumine: Long-term resistance to 1600°C, low CTE (7.2×10⁻⁶/°C), no softening deformation for furnace / kiln guides.
