Ceramic rods are cylindrical or special-shaped structural components made of high-performance ceramic materials such as alumina (Al₂O₃), carbure de silicium (SiC), nitrure de silicium (Si₃N₄), and zirconia (ZrO₂). They feature ultra-high hardness, extreme temperature resistance, résistance à la corrosion chimique, and excellent electrical insulation.
