Alumina Ceramic Pump Core

Alumina ceramic pump cores are core pump components made from high-purity alumina (Al₂O₃ ≥ 95%) through precision forming, high-temperature sintering, and CNC grinding. Products include impellers, shaft sleeves, seal rings, valve cores, and other parts.

With hardness exceeding HRA 85 and acid/alkali resistance (pH 0–14), they can replace metal and plastic pump cores. They are widely used in industrial pump systems conveying highly corrosive, high-purity, or particle-containing media, significantly extending equipment life and reducing maintenance costs.
