Core Structure & Working Principle
Three-Stage Rotary Valve (Core Control Unit)
- Material: Zirconia / SiC ceramic, hardness ≥1500 HV, resistant to pH 0–14 & organic solvents.
- Three independent flow channels: Synchronous suction + discharge + cleaning (3-station seamless switching).
- Zero cross-contamination: Channel spacing ≥2 mm, suitable for toxic / high-activity media.
- Drive: Stepper / servo motor, angle positioning ≤0.1°, switching time ≤50 ms (up to 300 cycles/min).
Ceramic Plunger Unit (Precision Metering Module)
- Material: Si₃N₄ / Al₂O₃ with DLC coating, friction coefficient ≤0.07.
- Metering accuracy: ±0.2% CV, repeat positioning accuracy ±1 μm.
