We have established a full-process quality control system from raw materials to finished products, and passed ISO 9001 quality management system certification. All raw materials are strictly tested before entering production; key processes are equipped with professional inspectors and online monitoring; each finished product undergoes full inspection or batch sampling to ensure zero defect delivery.
We have introduced high-precision testing equipment from Germany, Schweden, the United States and Japan to conduct comprehensive testing of dimensions, Form, physical and chemical properties. Our professional ceramics testing laboratory is fully equipped to support all inspection work for advanced ceramic components. We can provide complete test reports including COA, MSDS, material performance parameters and dimensional inspection reports.
Our traceable management system covers the whole production chain, ensuring each product can be traced back to raw materials, batches and processes.
