Forming & Sintering Process

1.Dry Pressing

2. Injection Molding

3. Cold Isostatic Pressing (CIP)

4. High-Temperature Sintering

5. Hot Isostatic Pressing (HIP)

Core Process Advantages
We adopt global leading forming and sintering technologies equipped with Sweden Quintus hot isostatic pressing furnace, which supports a maximum sintering temperature of 2000℃ and maximum pressure of 200 MPa, suitable for most structural ceramics and metal materials. Our process can stably produce fine-grained and high-density ceramic products with excellent mechanical properties. Cold isostatic pressing ensures uniform density of large-size and special-shaped blanks. Gel-casting supports large-size ceramic substrates up to 500*500 mm. High consistency, stability and reliability of each batch enable our products to meet high-standard applications in semiconductor, aerospace and precision machinery.
