Alumina Ceramic Blood Separation Valve

Alumina Ceramic Blood Separation Valve is precision-sintered from medical-grade high-purity alumina (Al₂O₃ ≥99%). It is specially designed for hematology analyzers, dialysis machines, and in vitro diagnostic (IVD) equipment. The valve body is white and translucent, with mirror-polished surface (Ra ≤ 0.1μm) and built-in multi-channel precision flow paths (min. aperture Φ0.5mm), enabling microliter (μL) level blood separation control. It features zero metal ion precipitation, bodily fluid corrosion resistance (pH 6–8), and anti-protein adsorption. Certified to ISO 13485, it ensures accurate blood testing and long-term sterile operation of equipment.
