Thermal expansion coefficient: 6.5×10⁻⁶/°C (ideal for metal/ceramic sealing)

Extreme Environment Resistance

Corrosion resistance: Immersed in 98% H₂SO₄ / 40% NaOH for 1000h; weight loss < 0.02%
Plasma erosion resistance: Argon ion bombardment (500W); etching rate ≤ 0.1μm/h
