Alumina Ceramic Support -JiFeng Ceramics

Keramische Strukturbauteile/

Träger aus Aluminiumoxidkeramik

The Alumina Ceramic supports are renowned for their resistance to high temperatures, a stable thermal expansion, and robust anti-thermal shock properties, specifically developed for use in metal packaging and high heat industrial conditions.
All ceramic supports are manufactured using ultra-precision tolerances, which outperform the alternatives of plastic and metal for insulation and heat resistance. The material is extensively used in semiconductors high-temperature furnaces and precision equipment. We will accept specific shapes and sizes in accordance to your specifications.

Material Properties & Process Advantages

Ultra-High Temperature Stability

  • Long-term working temperature: 1600°C (short-term up to 1800°C)
  • Thermal expansion coefficient: 6.5×10⁻⁶/°C (ideal for metal/ceramic sealing)
  • Thermal shock resistance: ΔT=800°C water cooling > 50 cycles without cracking
  • Porosität: < 0.5% (high-density sintering process)

Extreme Environment Resistance

  • Corrosion resistance: Immersed in 98% H₂SO₄ / 40% NaOH for 1000h; weight loss < 0.02%
  • Plasma erosion resistance: Argon ion bombardment (500W); etching rate ≤ 0.1μm/h

Precision Machining Capability

  • Dimensional tolerance: ±0,005 mm (CNC grinding)
  • Minimum hole diameter: 0.1 mm (depth-to-diameter ratio up to 20:1)
  • Complex structures: Multi-step, special-shaped holes, internal threads (laser-assisted sintering)
