- Operating temperature: -60°C to 1000°C; short-term up to 1200°C (Si₃N₄ type).
- Resists acid, alkali, oil, steam; compatible with pH 0–14 corrosive media.
Zero Leakage Sealing
- Hermetic metal‑ceramic sintering; helium leak rate <1×10⁻⁹ Pa·m³/s; pressure resistance ≥50MPa.
