Ceramic Composite Insulation Seal Sleeve

Ceramic insulation seal sleeve is a precision sealing component made by metal outer ring (stainless steel / Inconel alloy) and high-purity ceramic inner ring (アルミナ / 窒化ケイ素) through composite sintering. It combines the mechanical strength of metal with the insulation and corrosion resistance of ceramics. The precision central hole design ensures sealing during medium transmission or shaft penetration. It is widely used for insulation sealing and protection in high-voltage electrical equipment, new energy battery packs, chemical pipelines, and aerospace equipment, effectively solving risks of electric leakage, breakdown, and medium leakage.

  • Metal outer ring: Impact resistant, easy to install; flange / thread connection available.
  • Ceramic inner ring: Insulation resistance >10¹²Ω, arc resistance ≥180kV/cm, prevents current leakage.

  • Operating temperature: -60°C to 1000°C; short-term up to 1200°C (Si₃N₄ type).
  • Resists acid, alkali, oil, steam; compatible with pH 0–14 corrosive media.
