Three-Stage Rotary Valve (Core Control Unit)

  • 材料: ジルコニア / SiC ceramic, hardness ≥1500 HV, resistant to pH 0–14 & 有機溶剤.
  • Three independent flow channels: Synchronous suction + discharge + cleaning (3-station seamless switching).
  • Zero cross-contamination: Channel spacing ≥2 mm, suitable for toxic / high-activity media.
  • Drive: Stepper / servo motor, angle positioning ≤0.1°, switching time ≤50 ms (まで 300 cycles/min).
