CIP-SIP Ceramic Pump adopts all-ceramic flow path (Zirkonoxid / Aluminiumoxid) and is specially designed for biopharmaceutical, vaccine, food and cell therapy industries. It supports online cleaning (CIP) and online sterilization (SCHLUCK) at 135°C, with zero dead legs, zero contamination, high precision and long service life. It fully meets hygienic standards and can be customized according to supporting pump types.

High-temperature sterilization resistant: Withstands 135°C saturated steam (SCHLUCK), cycle life ≥5000 cycles.

Low CTE: ≤7×10⁻⁶/℃ (matches 316L, prevents thermal cracking).

Zero dead leg: Full-radius transition (R≥3 mm), Ra≤0.1μm.

High-efficiency CIP: Flushing velocity ≥2.5 m/s, cleaning efficiency ×3.

Hygienic Sealing & Quick Release

Dynamic seal: EPDM / FFKM (resists NaOH / HNO₃).

Quick-release: DIN 11851 / ISO 2852, disassembly within 30s.
