Three-Stage Rotary Valve (Core Control Unit)

Material: Zirkonoxid / SiC ceramic, hardness ≥1500 HV, resistant to pH 0–14 & organic solvents.

Three independent flow channels: Synchronous suction + discharge + cleaning (3-station seamless switching).

Zero cross-contamination: Channel spacing ≥2 mm, suitable for toxic / high-activity media.

Drive: Stepper / servo motor, angle positioning ≤0.1°, switching time ≤50 ms (bis zu 300 cycles/min).

Ceramic Plunger Unit (Precision Metering Module)

Material: Si₃N₄ / Al₂O₃ with DLC coating, friction coefficient ≤0.07.

Metering accuracy: ±0.2% CV, repeat positioning accuracy ±1 μm.
