Ceramic Threaded Connector

Ceramic threaded connectors are precision-sintered from high-purity alumina (Al₂O₃ ≥ 99%). They support NPT, BSPP, UNF and other thread standards, and are specially designed for corrosive, high-temperature or high-purity fluid pipeline connections.

With compressive strength ≥ 120MPa, surface finish Ra ≤ 0.1μm, and strong acid/alkali resistance (pH 0–14), they can replace metal and plastic connectors to solve pain points such as chemical pipeline corrosion, leakage, and semiconductor gas pollution, ensuring long-term safe operation of the system.

Leak-Free Sealing Performance

  • Precision thread machining accuracy: ±0.003mm, compatible with metal/ceramic/composite pipes.
  • Sealing surface fit rate > 98%.
  • Static pressure resistance ≥ 120MPa; dynamic pulse pressure (50Hz) cycle test > 10⁶ times without cracks.

Full-Scenario Corrosion Resistance

  • Chemically inert material: resistant to hydrochloric acid, nitric acid, hydrofluoric acid (fluoride ion < 5%), organic solvents and high-temperature steam.
  • No metal ion precipitation, meeting cleanliness requirements for semiconductor high-purity gases (electronic-grade N₂, Ar) and biopharmaceutical fluids.

Extra-Long Service Life

  • Vickers hardness ≥ 1600HV, wear-resistant and scouring-resistant to slurries containing particles (ceramic powder, quartz sand).
  • Operating temperature: -196℃ (liquid nitrogen) to 500°C; temperature change rate up to 100°C/min.

Flexible Application Adaptation

  • Full size coverage: thread specifications from 1/8″ to 4″ (DN6–DN100).
  • Support non-standard customization (special flanges, multi-way connectors).
  • Optional stainless steel protective sheath & pre-installed PTFE gasket.
